Personality Type Of The Isfj - 1418 Words

This paper discusses personality type of the ISFJ that was recently resulted in a Jung Typology personality test taken by Andresa Frederick. Through her research and opinion, Ms. Frederick describes each letter within her type as well as discusses the validity of personality through personal and work examples. She also discusses how Personality Typing can empower her to become a well rounded and accomplished employee at her current position at the Department of Defense. While I have noticed that personalities of individuals differ in many degrees, it never occurred that Typing could be beneficial in learning individuals, from co-workers to managers, within my organization. Typing has also been beneficial in providing assistance in determining my personality preferences and how I can apply it to my personal life, specifically at work. In research, I have been typed as the ISFJ (Introverted, Sensing, Feeling, Judging) personality. Surprising, as before taking the test and reading the class text I have always viewed myself as an extrovert. However, after careful and brief analysis, I was able to conclude that at the ISFJ could be the perfect fit for my personality.
